Wedding Planning

Our services are client centered and completely customized; we believe you should be in control of your wedding – we are just here to make it go seamlessly. Our coordinators and assistants are here to ease the stress of pre-planning, they’ll ensure all logistics flow for the big day, they will set up/tear down so you get to see your dream day come to life, and so much more. We are present to ensure your day is the most beautiful, peaceful and love filled day of your lives!

Our packages can include as much or as little as you’d like. We wholeheartedly believe each couple is unique and your wedding planning package should reflect that. We will work with you to create the perfect plan!

Wedding planning packages include (but is not limited to) assistance with:

Pre-Wedding

• Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a wedding checklist

• Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the budget

• Ceremony + reception venue tours

• Vendor recommendations, negotiations, and booking assistance

• Contract review

• Vendor communication prior to the big day

• Creation and execution of a design scheme

• Managing save-the-dates, wedding invitations, and all printed materials

• Tracking of electronic or paper RSVP’s

• Wedding favors & accessories design/fulfillment

• Coordinating guest room blocks, transportation for wedding party and/or guests, and child/pet care

• Procuring welcome bags

• Marriage License assistance

• Etiquette information

• General advice and consultation

• In person meetings and unlimited coordination texts/emails

• Attendance at vendor meetings

• Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal and setting up rehearsal dinner reservation

 

Wedding Day

• Agreed upon amount of time on-site with your coordinator and an assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

• Directing the ceremony processional

• Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

• Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, cake topper etc.

• Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

• Acting as the liaison for all vendors

• Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed

• Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

• Providing a stocked day-of kit

• Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups so the couple and family aren’t sweating the small stuff

• Set/up tear down

• Rentals are available! (Visit our inventory page!)

• Option to add on coordination and planning of additional events such as Welcome Party, Rehearsal Dinner, Sunday Brunch, etc.
